Install on your Mac

  1. Install Ollama and pull the model: 
    ollama pull gpt-oss:20b
  2. Clone the repo into your Documents/GitHub/ folder: 
    cd ~/Documents/GitHub
git clone https://github.com/researchpastfuture/AFSuperFLY.git
cd AFSuperFLY
  3. Optional: pull your existing API keys from other AF projects: 
    ./seed-env.sh
  4. Right-click Start AF GFly.command → Open. Browser opens to localhost:8090. First launch shows a 7-step onboarding tour.
